The NFD will post pictures/articles in accordance to the following policy. Any questions or comments should be directed to the Site Administrator at the contact information listed below. Any and all postings are at the sole discretion of the NFD and the Site Administrator.

No content whether in image form or written in which the content is considered illegal by law, no e-mails with illegal or harmful content, including but not limited to content that:

is obscene, vulgar, or profane

is racially, ethnically or religiously offensive

is illegal or encourages criminal acts

infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity or any other rights of others is known to be inaccurate or contains a false attribution

Out of respect for deceased and their families the NFD will also not post images in relation to such calls in which a death as occurred.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis when the family in writing requests such images/articles when available to be displayed for purposes of preventing similar incidents or as a memorial to such person(s) and/or event.

To contribute items for posting to the site please contact the Site Administrator either by e-mail nfd@hvc.rr.com or via landline 7 days a week  at 985-7930 between the hours of 9am and 2pm. If you wish to send items by mail please do so to the address below.  Electronic form is preferred.  All submissions will be handled as per the above policy.
